Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You may reach us by telephone @ (512) 339-6626.
For After Hours & Weekends *-call Medlink at (512) 660-6856.* Please limit routine calls to regular business hours. If you are a patient of Renaissance Women’s Group and are having a true medical emergency, you may contact MedLink at the number above or call 9-1-1. Be sure to keep your phone line open and have a pharmacy number available when calling.
For prescription refills, notify your pharmacy by phone with at least 24 hour advanced notice. They will call us for approval if necessary. Refills are available during office hours only.
Renaissance Women’s Group physicians provide services at North Austin Medical Center. You can find out more information about NAMC at NAMC Maternity Services web page. You may reach Labor and Delivery at 512-901-6634.
Renaissance Women’s Group uses Clinical Pathology Laboratory (CPL). If your insurance requires you to use a different lab please let our office know. Clinical Pathology Laboratory is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of the Medical Oaks Pavilion. Their office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our physicians may refer you to a specialist outside of our office. If an authorization or referral number is required by your insurance plan you may call our referral department at 512-279-6746 so that we may obtain the referral for you. Please allow 48 hours to process this request.
Because we want you to have a good experience at RWG, we provide free WiFi access in all our waiting rooms and most exam rooms. We understand that being in a doctor’s office can sometimes make it challenging to complete work responsibilities. We hope this service will allow you to continue your life while being at our office. You will need to bring your own laptop with a wireless card in it in order to access this service. We do not provide laptops or wireless cards. RWG is dedicated to providing the best patient care possible. Our staff members are not able to provide technical support or assistance in connectivity. Also, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to make a wireless connection at all times.
